As a movement enthusiast and evolving endurance athlete I train myself and others for improved quality of life, greater confidence, mental endurance, and physical durability. I was certified by the American Council on Exercise in 2020 and have continued education as a Functional Trainer specializing in corrective exercise. This style of training improves biomechanics, optimizes movement techniques for specific performance or general daily activities, mitigates chronic pain, and promotes resilience. I firmly believe in the capability of every human body and aim to offer empowerment though movement. My areas of emphasis are bodyweight training, high intensity interval training, functional strength training, and active mobility. I work with clients of every activity level and across the lifespan.
