*The cost for classes is $3.00 per class for season and annual pass holders and $5.00 for nonmembers. 20-punch passes are available for $45.00 for pass holders and $75.00 for nonmembers. Punch passes may be used for both aquatic and fitness classes.

Bodyweight HIIT w/ CPT Lauren Flores

Fridays

10:00 - 11:00am



Description:Bring your body, a mat, and a sweat rag (or two)! This class is a high impact, interval style workout. Ideal for those looking to maximize time, improve body composition, and gain cardiorespiratory endurance. Not suitable for those new to exercise, those with injuries, or pregnant women. **Moderate to High Intensity


Mobility Flow w/ CPT Lauren Flores

Fridays

11:30am - 12:30pm

Description:This class is designed to improve range of motion and functional strength. Perfect active recovery for climbers, runners, and yogis. Great for active agers. Moderate intensity with beginner and advanced variations. All levels welcome. *All levels welcome

Description:

Spin classes are mysterious! There is crazy music, lots of yelling, and a lot of sweat! If you have been perplexed by those jolly, sweaty cyclists that you see at the gym, maybe it's time to give it a try? Tammy Berrie has been spinning since 2001 and is a Certified Spin Instructor. She is here to lead you, challenge you, and keep you engaged! Expect a mix of climbing, sprinting, standing, and flat rides. By changing up the pace and intensity, Tammy will make sure you get an amazing workout. Absolutely anyone can spin! Come early, bring your water bottle and a sweat towel – you’ll need both! **Moderate to High Intensity


Dance Club Fitness w/ Regan Ballard (Starts March 29th, 2021)

Dance Club Fitness is for EVERYONE!  You don't need dance experience to come and enjoy the music, the lights, the movement and to reap the benefits of the major calorie burn, the endorphin release, and the euphoric feeling that remains well past the classes end!  
Regan will guide you through each step, give you ques to follow and before you know it, you'll know the dances by heart. Each routine has a primary focus of cardio, lower body, upper body, and core.  You'll never know how many "squats" you've done because you've been DANCING them!  All styles of music and all genres of dance will guarantee you'll be dancing to something you love! *All levels welcome


Gentle Yoga Basics w/ Crystal Bunch

Tuesdays

8:30am - 9:30am


This class offers instruction for basic yoga poses  and breathing techniques. This class is perfect for beginners, but variations can be made for all level yogis. We will make gentle movements while focusing on our breath as we move through the yoga sequence.


Step Aerobics w/ Lauren Flores

Meet Our Instructors

Lauren Flores
Certified Personal Trainer

As a movement enthusiast and evolving endurance athlete, Lauren trains herself and others for improved quality of life, greater confidence, mental endurance, and physical durability. She was certified by the American Council on Exercise in 2020 and is continuing her education as a Functional Trainer specializing in corrective exercise. This style of training improves biomechanics, optimizes movement techniques for specific performance or general daily activities, mitigates chronic pain and promotes resilience. Lauren firmly believes in the capability of every human body and aims to offer empowerment though movement.

Areas of emphasis are: bodyweight training, high intensity interval training, functional strength training, and active mobility. I work with clients of every activity level and across the lifespan!

Tammy Berrie
Certified Spin Instructor

Tammy has been spinning since 2001 and is Spin Instructor Certified. She finds spinning to be just plain fun and believes it's perfect for those who love the music and the energy of those dance workouts, but have absolutely no rhythm!

She is here to lead you, challenge you and keep you engaged. Expect a mix of climbing, sprinting, standing, and flat rides. By changing up the pace and intensity, I’ll make sure you get an amazing workout. On average, for an hour-long spin class, you can expect to burn upwards of 400 to 600 calories.

Regan has been dancing for as long as I she remember and for over 10 years has been an instructor in many genres of dance, starting 
"Dance Club Fitness" in 2013 and has taught all over the state. She always struggled "working out" because it never felt fun, so she began choreographing dance workout routines and was hooked!

Crystal Bunch

Meet Crystal Bunch! She been a yoga student for many years and finally decided to take the plunge and complete her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher certification in May, 2020.  After receiving my 200 YTT, I continued my education and completed my 200 Hour Mindfulness Teacher Training Certification in November, 2020. I teach basic gentle yoga, restorative yoga, meditation, and children’s yoga. 



*COVID Information: Class sizes will be limited to 10 participants with 6 foot social distancing. Masks are recommended, and please wear a mask during the class if you are at a greater risk of contracting COVID-19.
