Classes and Schedule

COVID19 Note: We are working on getting all of our classes back up and running!

We offer group fitness classes of varying intensity with emphasis placed not only on fun but on the crucial elements of fitness and conditioning: strength, speed, agility, balance and flexibility. Classes incorporate a variety of individual fitness equipment such as spinning bikes, body bars, hand weights, stability balls and resistance bands to strengthen and tone.

All classes are taught by experienced fitness professionals.
