Classes and Schedule

We offer group fitness classes of varying intensity with emphasis placed not only on fun but on the crucial elements of fitness and conditioning: strength, speed, agility, balance and flexibility. Classes incorporate a variety of individual fitness equipment such as spinning bikes, body bars, hand weights, stability balls and resistance bands to strengthen and tone. We also offer low impact Water Aerobics! All classes are taught by experienced fitness professionals.


Cost: $3 for members, $5 for non-members. Punch passes are available!
