We offer group fitness classes of varying intensity with emphasis placed not only on fun but on the crucial elements of fitness and conditioning: strength, speed, agility, balance and flexibility. Classes incorporate a variety of individual fitness equipment such as spinning bikes, body bars, hand weights, stability balls and resistance bands to strengthen and tone.
All classes are taught by experienced fitness professionals.
The cost for classes is $3.00 per class for season and annual passholders, $5.00 for nonmembers. 20-punch passes are available for $45.00 for members and $75.00 for non-members. Punch passes may be used for both aquatic and fitness classes. SilverSneakers passholders are free!

Other fitness classes such as yoga and Posture Fitness are held at the MRAC by independent instructors but are not part of the MRAC curriculum and not subject to membership fees. Feel free to ask at the front desk for info about these classes.
